NEW: Fulfill quote requests with your FBA inventory

, ,
Hello,

| We’re excited to introduce a new way to respond to quote requests. You can now respond to quote requests directly from your Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) inventory, helping you reach high-volume buyers faster with no changes to how you work. |
|
When responding to a quote, you can choose the fulfillment option that works best for your business: |

  • Existing FBA SKU — Amazon handles shipping. Requires FBA inventory for this product.
  • Existing FBM SKU — You ship directly to the buyer using a SKU already in your catalog. Best when you manage existing inventory (keep your inventory above the offered quantity so the buyer can check out).
  • Private SKU — This creates a new SKU only for this request. Best for offering products or inventory that you don’t currently have available on your Amazon catalog.
How it works
  1. Open the Manage Quotes page in Seller Central.
  2. Review your Custom quote requests or active requests in the Marketplace requests tab.
  3. Choose how to fulfill your quote: Existing FBA SKU, Existing FBM SKU, Private SKU
  4. Submit your quote—available FBA inventory is ready to fulfill.
  5. Win the order, and FBA handles the rest.

Start responding to quote requests with your FBA inventory today.
