This email came in literally seconds after pressing submit. It’s unlikely that even an AI review was done. I submitted the document in the case log as instructed but I’m getting the impression that they’re going to reject it again and that they’re not actually approving anybody.
Same thing. We are an authorized dealer of the product in question and got instantly rejected. Resubmitted with literally 10 different forms of verification and now “pending”…
Maybe it’s just a way to eliminate, even if it’s a small percentage, the number of applications?
I guess some sellers won’t take the next step to submitting again therefore reducing the burden on whomever reviews.

Told the SAS marketing person on the phone “We have basic core issues that if you cannot guarantee to be addressed, we have no interest.” They replied they could not guarantee the issue will be addressed, so we told them “Unfortunately your compensation for service needs to be tied to that resolution, otherwise we don’t need you.”
