Customer Reviews Brand Registry Tool being depreciated on 9-30-25

Just saw this pop up. This is a real shame if not being replaced. As far as I can tell there’s no access to all reviews on the voice of the customer page. Someone chime in if they know where that is on VOC pls and TY… So now we have to go into each listing’s PDP to see reviews instead of having it all in one place. Is Amazon really getting rid of the tool that helps resolve negative reviews and offer customer service? I asked SAS manager. Let’s see what she has to say. I will report back…
