Lost my bearings a little today (its been a very long stressful year for me) so I mistakenly went onto live chat to see if someone could point me in the right direction.
And this is what I get.
Where on earth is this available? Is it on their âpublicâ support stuff and not the Amazon site?
Not that I need the frustrations of trying that (and curiosity killed the cat)âŚ
@JustForFunStuff that is a GOLD troll of the NSFE via chat
would seem Sanju refers all sellers needing support to the forum rather than assisting them with their inquiries, which I would think is part of his job description if he is monitoring live chat.
Iâll take a wild stab that this individual could see that my account is 20 years old.
I would âguessâ he would understand I knew better than what he was telling me but noâŚ

thanks Papy I had nothing else to do this afternoon
He did research âvery deeply.â Not sure what more you can ask for! /s
The problem is that he thinks checking the forums via the forum search bar is âdeep research.â Or even âremotely useful.â
Is their training really so lacking at this point that they are actually told âcheck the forums, if you canât find it, tell them it doesnât exist and move on?â
Well, thereâs a reason why the Help Hub Revision - even prior to its fledgling debut in 2018 - points to the ASF as a solution source.
Sadly, the Screeching Harpy seems to have ignored the memo (to be fair, she wasnât fully onboarded @ that time).
Iâll also take a wild stab and say âSANJUâ may not even be as old as your accountâŚ
100%%%%%%!!!
Several years ago I was âgiftedâ an account representative for 6 months. Lovely young woman, knew very little about most things.
She shared with me that she was celebrating her 20th birthday, was just transferred
from the A to Z team where she had worked for 3 years. (sigh)
it was a live chat through âget helpâ
And before that she was in programming. But got too old.
No wonder SS is a bunch of know-nothings⌠theyâre hiring high school kids in other countries.
Allow me to fix that for you â
