I thought i’d share this hilarious quote from the Brand Registry team. They placed a violation on our account for inauthentic product after we reported another seller. We are the manufacturer and brand owner of the product. This gave me a good belly laugh, the arrogance is quite astonishing.
“Kindly note; whether or not you think, feel or believe that this wasn’t a violation is immaterial. Amazon is rarely, if ever; wrong.”
So there you have it folks. No need to waste your time querying Amazon again, we now know they are rarely, if ever, wrong. LOL!
Next week’s (072924 - 080124) scheduled “Ask Amazon” vents Events - for a heretofore unprecedented four back-to-back days - might well provide some cannon fodder for the SAS’ ever-entertaining “Lighten Up” (link)

Join us for our first ever four-day Ask Amazon Summer Series with the Brand Registry partner team ! Each day for 4 days back-to-back, the Brand Registry team will be hosting an Ask Amazon Q&A where they’ll be answering your questions on specific topics related to managing your brand.
Our four-day Ask Amazon Summer Series with the Brand Registry team will kick off Monday, July 29th until Thursday, August 1st .
Below is the schedule and topics that the team will be focusing on for this Summer Series:
[Day 1] Monday, July 29 from 8am - 5pm PST: Brand Registry Enrollment + Eligibility Requirements
[Day 2] Tuesday, July 30 from 8am - 5pm PST: Abuse Appeals
[Day 3] Wednesday, July 31 from 8am - 5pm PST: Build Your Brand + Roles + Add Additional Trademark
[Day 4] Thursday, August 1 from 8am - 5pm PST: Report a Violation + Project Zero
Please note that each day will have its own event thread where you can ask your questions for that day’s topic(s). We will be updating this post with those links once the event is live. If you have questions on any of the above topics, please be sure to include them in their applicable event threads on the day of their event. The Brand Registry team will answer the questions that come in during each day’s event as soon as possible.
