I suspect that the best starting point, as far as an SHC (“Seller Help Content”) page is concerned, is the oft-renamed Products that require approval (link).
When it comes to Dental Offer-Listings, I’d think it’s possible that the SHC page Medical devices and accessories (link) might also be useful.

Thank you for the links. We are looking at selling replaceables for dentures, amongst other things.

Dental floss is an otc product opened through groceries, IIRC.
While I know that we can not sell surgical tools, we can sell denture items that require regular replacements. We have a subsidiary that is looking to draw down on their products inventory and I am seeing what can be done to list them on Amazon.
