@BennyMac remember that those Amazon customer service messages are simply relaying what the Buyer told the rep. They are basically Buyer “yes men” and only care how the Buyer rates them–not accuracy or legality or policy adherence. They have zero power (even when they try to sound extra) and zero knowledge of Amazon policy.

They are Uhura (or Gwen), repeating the Computer.
