PPC - sponsored ads billing link doesn't show what I have spent so far anymore

“sponsored ads billing” link used to show what I have spent so far before being billed, but it does not anymore.
I used to be billed $500 per invoice, meaning I was charged when I spent $500 and then it starts from $0 again.
Sometime in July, they changed the threshold to $1000, then in September, they changed it to $2000.
I don’t mind this too much, but then a week or two ago, I don’t see how much I have spent so far before getting to the threshold.
Did Amazon get rid of this feature or possibly moved it somewhere else? I looked all over but couldn’t find it.
Anyone have anything about this?
Thanks!

Not seeing that. Might depend on how much you are spending on PPC. Perhaps you are spending a lot and Amazon doesn’t want to invoice more than once per day for accounts that spend heavily.

We are still at the $500 threshold for invoicing and spend around $3K per week.

Amazon is tinkering within the ad structure. A few weeks back … we noticed a requirement to have a credit card method in CA, MX and BR marketplaces. We did nothing and now it is only showing BR as having an issue. We would note that we have not and do not intend to advertise in any marketplace other than the US (.com) marketplace.

We currently do not see a “running total” of advertising charges on the billing page. We can only get an estimate by looking at the campaign page and setting the date range of the current billing period.

Thanks for sharing.
I have a $200 limit set on my PPC daily limit so even in my peak months, I was invoiced 2-3 days for the $500. So I don’t know why they changed it up to $2000… Maybe I should give a call to the seller support and they’ll route me to the billing department for more clear answer.

Same here. I don’t have Brazil but I have Canada and Mexico active also. I don’t intend to advertise nor sell in those market places…
“running total” - yes, that is what I’m looking for. I used to look at that daily and now it’s gone… which sucks.
Thanks for your input. Good to know it wasn’t a problem with my account.
Hope they bring the “running total” back.

I wouldn’t call seller support. Who knows what stupidity they will do that screws your account up. If you’re spending the money, who cares that you are holding onto your reserve longer?

I’d rather have it the way you do but I wouldn’t know how and couldn’t begin to explain why your account is different than everyone else’s. Weird

The 500 buck rule is in the policy on how a seller will be charged.

good point LOL
Leave it alone if it’s not causing a big issue.

Nail, meet hammer.

ESPECIALLY so during the annual “Glitchmas Season” - which, as the ‘old hands’ will attest, creeps closer back towards Q2 w/ every passing year…

Right, now would be the worst time to try and fix something that’s not important.

Running total is back!
This is an old post but thought it would be a good idea to post it here.
I called PPC support and asked about the running total feature. Looks like they have put it back!
They named it “accumulating charge”
I also asked about why my threshold was increased from $500 to $1000 and now to $2000. They told me that, for sellers that have been running PPC for a long time, to avoid frequent invoices, they increase the limit. Also, if I want, I can request it to have it back to $500 or $1000.
I’m going to keep it at $2000 but it’s good to know that I have the option to go back.
I like to keep an eye on the running total so, very happy they put it back!
