Product Authenticity Customer Complaints

At some point Amazon needs to stop these bogus complaints based on volume.

If I sell 1 and get a complaint that’s fine.
But if you sell thousands and get 1 they should let it go.

We have a few and they all show as “NO IMPACT” on the account health page.
I could waste time gathering the invoices, scanning them, saving, uploading & fighting the “VIOLATION”

But I refuse to give in because 1 out of 1000 thinks the smell of a shampoo is different, I have better things to do.
