Been poking around in Walmart.
Does anyone here offer free two day shipping?
Seems like I need to offer that in order to get the “pro listing” designation on my items.
I’m already a pro-seller and my metrics are fine. But two day shipping costs is ridiculous.
So if you have it, do you really use faster shipping? Or do you still use ground advantage? Would that mess up my on time delivery rate because Walmart would expect it to get there faster?

We use Ground Advantage for all.
The issue we were having on Walmart was that customers kept messaging us asking where is their order EVEN before the actual ship date.
(I think I made a post about it, anyway)
I asked a customer why they thought this and they replied “I got a message from Walmart saying the package is LATE” to my surprise.
Why was Walmart telling customers their package is late before the actual ship date passed all of a sudden?
It turns out that my items were migrated to the “Simplified Shipping Settings” option.
Apparently if you use the SSS the system does not take into account any LAG TIMES you have set. So the system goes from order date to supposed to be delivered in like 2 days.
We moved all our items back to a “Manual Shipping Template” and now the system is acting normally again. Customers are not getting late messages in 2 days from order date anymore.
To double check how your items shipping is setup, go to.
Reports->Fullfillment->Shipping configuration (tab)->Little cloud to download.
The Pro listing sounds very similar to enrolling your items in " Walmart+ Seller Fulfilled" (Don’t Auto-Enroll), choose manual.
