Lotta Guilty there. Does Ed still maintain that he was framed? I think that was his last explanation.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. I’d venture to say that there are tens of thousands of others that get away with similar things on a daily basis within this marketplace.

They will never be caught and it feels like Amazon is getting less and less stringent on their enforcement of anything but drop shipping.

I haven’t spent much time on the NSFE but I haven’t seen a single (my account was suspended) email yet (other than new accounts or drop shippers).

I’m sure we all remember what it was like from 2019-Mid 2022. Amazon doesn’t care where the money is coming from anymore as long as it comes.

I’d have to agree with you

Without someone posting this stuff on the official Amazon forums, how will newbies know that every so-called Amazon “consultant”–even the ones with big groups, reviews, located domestically, etc–is not legitimate and can do more harm than good???

But nobody (including me!) would run the risk of sabotage and retribution on the NSFE, just to do a good deed.

There are amazon consultants that provide legitimate services but they are few and far in between.

I know Liran Hirschkorn does ppc for instance using perpetua - so that would be within an agency or consultant category

Then there are people like Kevin Hulse aka Kevin David and his lawyer Mario Simonyan - which are a different ilk

There are people like MDS - Million Dollar Sellers - who have a whole application process - erm hrm cough cough - which are different breed

They can all equally suck my :eggplant: - and that’s not my point - my point is they’re not all the same and the few do provide legitimate services outside of reinstatements for what amounts to the first night of a virgin bride

Rant Over.

Hope they nail these bitches.

Seems like Ed Rosenberg has a plea hearing 03/30

Yes, it sounds like he is changing his plea from not guilty.

Should be a valid plea in any Internet related criminal case.

Only because his buddies flipped on him, and he ran out of cash for his lawyers.

The prosecutors probably sweetened the deal with something like extra ramen, or serving his time in the Yankton minimum security country club, with a 9 o’clock curfew rather than the Boulder Super Max sub-basement, or time served.

I am guessing a plea deal was reached, I agree. But we will find out shortly

“In one instance, the conspirators filed a false intellectual property complaint that resulted in on of their client’s competitors being suspended from the Amazon Marketplace”

I wonder what the possible actions the client has against AMZ for â– â– â– â– â– â– â– â–  them?
