Hello everyone,

This may be a simple question for you but we are struggling to find a solution. We want to reduce manual calculations to stock movements to reduce mistakes that conduct to missleading information.

We are looking for a software or tool see our live stock in Amazon and also add the stock in our warehouse. For example:

SKU “X” → stock in Amazon 10 / stock in our warehouse 20 / total stock = 30

The stock in Amazon must be imported from Seller Central, including inbound stock, transfered, etc.

Then, we could be able to use our barcode reader to move our stock between different warehouses with less manual work. We would save time and errors.

We are using Amazon as fulfillment for our Shopify orders, so our Shopify stock is Amazon stock but it doesn’t count inbound or transfer stock. The info is not accurate then.
We explored some Shopify apps but none of them has what we are looking for.

How do you manage the stock across your warehouses and Amazon?

I have been using Ordoro for several years now. They are not cheap but they integrate with multiple websites including Amazon, eBay, and, another site that I sell on.

I used to try and juggle all of the items myself but had so many screw ups that I decided to spend the money to save my butt.

For my purposes they run $299/month and have a LOT more things that I simply don’t use.

We also use Ordoro to manage inventory and orders between our sales channels and have had a great experience using them. I also believe they can do what you are asking, and I believe you can schedule a demo with their people to verify it can do what you are asking.

@dwat0870 and @MissMeliss does Ordoro integrate with Shopify or stand alone, if you know?
