At the end of May 2025, Amazon changed the format of the FBA Inbound Shipment entries on the transaction report.
Prior to June 1st, they were called ‘FBA Amazon-Partnered Carrier Shipment Fee’ and there is nothing in the ‘order id’ column (which is the FBA shipment ID on the later entries). After May 31st they are ‘Inbound Transportation Fee’ and there is an associated order (shipment) id in the order id column.
I name my shipments with the sku as part of the name. I created a formula to bring in the shipment name to the empty sku column so I can easily identify what was in each shipment.
But without the order/shipment id provided for the Jan-May shipments I can’t use my formula. The only identifier for those is the settlement id. I can’t find a way on Seller Central to look up settlements for their breakdowns. Is there a way to get settlement details, or a report?

Why does Amazon make these changes mid-year? Can’t they make them retroactive to the first of the year for the sake of the reporting?
