So, now Amazon is sending buyers back to the seller when the shipping isn’t covered for a return. A buyer emailed me last night about returning 6 large pieces of furniture they “bought by mistake”. I told them it is their responsibility to ship them back and pay for it. Apparently, Amazon told them today that if the return shipping is more than $30, to contact the seller for an alternative.
I told them there is no alternative.
Can’t wait to see how Amazon will punish me for this!
