In 2022, nearly 80% of PDD Holdings’ revenue in 2022 came from selling advertising services to its network of merchants, not from selling products.
That kinda says it all right there. Amazon isn’t far behind, more seller fees though.

My Elderly parents told me the purchased from TEMU and their credit card was compromised twice in 1 month.
Maybe a coincidence, maybe not.
I never even heard of TEMU till they brought it up to me last week.

I always assumed that Temu was the new Wish, as the constant Wish ads disappeared about the same time the Temu ones appeared.
