Not yet. one dept. says it can’t be done and the other is working on it.

ETA - Sorry for the delay in responding. I’ve been gone to Cheer Worlds in Orlando and uncharacteristically left my laptop!

So I never really took on the NEW “Service Provider” portal, yet was assigned a 2nd Merchant ID for it. I did offer a few runtime apps in the past for MWS.

This just makes me so mad. One of the most helpful posters on the OSFE, and the sensei of modern Amazon-fu cannot get a straight answer from the platform.
