BF/CM / Prime Days do not effect your ability to run deals. It’s a glitch or it’s purposeful but it’s been like that forever. You’re not supposed to be able to but you can…

We have run deals many times before, RIGHT AFTER an event that just past AND before an event like just past.

It’s a classic technique to really drop your rank / raise your organic search for weeks at a time. Works like a charm.

I’d say it’s a glitch then.

A big event just ended which means Amazon’s running tons of new AB tests while sellers are most active to collect the most data.

BTW - just checked in on the NSFE on this issue. Lots of threads about it…

Was hoping to hear back from @Amazon_Seller on their ability to actually create a deal at this moment to know for absolute sure…

I would say due to the involvement of brand waiver/handmade that their experience doesn’t apply to you since they’re in a different silo.

Sorted by newest. No FMT replies that I could see, no consolidation or warning.

Since all of our workstations for this SoA Account are located in another country than is yours (U.S. as opposed to Canada), I suspect that what our Seller Community is reportedly experiencing is yet another example of new-paradigm rollouts progressing through the AWS ‘server blocks’ which are targeted towards supporting this or that geographical region in the North American Marketplace.

As all of us can here in the SAS can likely attest, that’s a movie that our Seller Community has seen many a time before.

Whatever is available for BF CM - I think it was lightning deal

I’m not surprised the seller forums got spammed with posts about this, by default you don’t see the newest posts and this took a very long time to fix a very serious problem.

You can now set the default to show Newest and Past Day which helps a little …

Most people don’t do that though. It’s why it’s so important to have default settings on websites and devices be something good, because the majority of people don’t change them.
