How do I get a return sent back?
We ship everyday without fail using ship station, Walmart is constantly telling us we ship late yet we have complete report from Ship Station showing otherwise. Anyone else have this issue
Harder and harder. If your case happens to get in front of someone useful it’s OK, but that doesn’t happen as often as it used to.
The buyer opens a return request, gets a return label, ships it back. If you want to accept a return outside the Walmart return period, you will have to arrange that with the customer.
Does Walmart tell you that you shipped late, or do they send you an obnoxious warning about late shipments? If it’s just the warnings, you can ignore them. We do. If they are saying that your orders are actually late, that’s a different issue.
warnings mostly… I have never had a return before so I am not sure where that return gets sent??? Walmart or directly back to us? These are brand new returns…like yesterday
Returns you ship are sent back to you. The return address is set up in your Walmart account. If you have only one address, that should be the default return address.
