On my first shipment attempt of 24 of the same sku boxes, it gave me 4 LTL and 2 small parcel, which was insane and I had to force small parcel only to save money. But got over the hump at least.
Now I’m doing a send with 3 skus, of which 2 of the skus only have one case. But look at how the shipping split looks:
It’s claiming I have case in each of the 3 shipments, though I’m only sending one case of each sku. Plus each shipment shows the exacgt same wieght and units.
Definitely not continuing with this workflow. I’m only shipping 5 cases total, and somehow it has 3 expensive shipping splits.
Anyone else having this issue right now?
