ShipStation App vs. Laptop

This really isn’t an Amazon issue…it’s across the board.

I’m noticing that I can’t log into my ShipStation App unless I have logged into my account on my laptop first.

Weird.

The notice says that I can log in using a browser on my phone, but that’s all new. It’s laptop or app…and the app has always worked fine.

@doilyboutique444 I’m playing catch up and sorry to resurrect this, but has this resolved or is it a new procedure from Shipstation?

I honestly don’t know. It hasn’t happened in a while so I don’t know what really fixed it or if it was fixed or what’s going on. My new problem with shipstation is that they change the font on my packing slips and I thought I had that fixed but this morning I’m getting a mix some of it was super small font and some of it with normal size font
