We recently discontinued our subscription to LiveChat, from Poland I believe, and are now using the free Shopify chat called Inbox or actually Shopify Inbox.
Shopify Inbox works well enough for my needs.
Shopify Inbox will alert incoming chats via email, desktop notification, or on your mobile device if you install the app from the Google or Apple.
Same here. We were using LiveChat, but when Shopify came out with its own, we moved over to it. Been working fine for us.
