Should I care about the new "Unhealthy Stores" for stores that I never dealt with?

Hi. I got up this morning and checked my Amazon Seller account to find this new “Unhealthy Stores” label (see the green arrow in the pic). First I was very worried. After I clicked the dropdown button, it showed that I never had anything to do with any of those unhealthy stores. Heck I don’t even sell in Brazil and UK that have the green Healthy badge.

I guess some of us might start seeing this new red “Unhealthy Stores” label today as well. The question is that should we be worried? Maybe we should remove the unhealthy stores from the list? So the Account Health turns back to green and ready for when the real problems occur, it changes to red. It’s not good to leave it permanently red. What do you guys think?

If you are not selling in those marketplaces, we would remove them after checking after maybe checking one of them as to why it shows as Unhealthy. Those are European Union countries so the issue is probably the same for all of them. Do you sell or have you sold in the UK marketplace?

If you do nothing, Amazon will probably punish the healthy marketplaces.

Why do you have so many stores? This is something you did yourself right?

Asking because I want to know if I have to worry about random stores appearing under my account I didn’t request.

Thanks for the advice. No, I don’t sell in UK. I only enable the sales for Canada and Mexico.

That’s a good idea. I tried to go check but didn’t have the account for the European Amazon. Hmm…

Umm… I suppose to have only 3 stores: US, Canada, and Mexico. The rest got there by themselves. I never sign up for them :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

That’s a valid thing to concern. Do you only sell in the US?

Well that’s concerning if they appeared by them self.

I only sell in the US and only see the 3 NA (US/can/mex) stores, so I got no idea why all those appeared.

So Brazil doesn’t show up for you? … We thought that was one of the North American package that couldn’t be eliminated …

Totally agree. Since I don’t have accounts for those countries, I cannot login to see what happen. If I ask Seller Central, they might start doing something stupid and make things worse. I don’t want to be offline especially during Q4. Hmm… What should I do? Wait a bit?

It was never there and I never heard of it being attached to NA accounts. This is the first I’m hearing of it

What about the UK marketplace … shows you as healthy? … you have not made an account there?

You are not alone …
Opting out of International Amazon Stores

Somehow we are opt in on the following Amazon stores:

United Kingdom
Germany
France
Spain
Italy

We get a lot of Amazon email alerts from these markets. We are not currently or actively selling in these market nor do we plan to. How do we opt out so we stop getting these emails.

Also - On the Amazon Seller Central homepage at the top where it says ACCOUNT HEALTH, it says “AT RISK STORES: 2”

We have account health rating of 824 on US Amazon where 100% of our activity is and would like to remove all the international stores from this so we don’t have to see the AT RISK STORES prompt at the top… anyone know how to do this?

Good for you. I started receiving Amazon advertising emails (trying to get sellers to sell on Brazil). I never asked for them. Now I could see Brazil store on my Seller Central :expressionless: Did you configure somewhere in Seller Central to exclude all new marketplaces?

Never had an UK account either. No idea why it’s there and healthy.

Thanks for the opting out link. I wonder if I should opt out now… or should I fix the Unhealthy problem first. Hmm…

Thanks for the link. I cannot access this because I didn’t want to complete the sign up and reveal my store on Amazon forum. Could you copy and paste the info from that link? I wonder how he solved this problem. Thank you.

That was a NSFS thread on the exact same issue …

Is the link to use to remove …

Can’t say whether to wait a bit or remove/delete now … if it is a glitch, then it might self correct in a day or two … if it is not, then there is the risk of Amazon being Amazon and messing with the healthy accounts.

Danika’s link in that August`23 NSFE discussion to https: //sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/200332020 (she actually used the ‘G’-prefixed v. https: //sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200332020, but the ‘G’ is superfluous in this case, as in most) has been showing me the “Help topic not found” error for some time now.

Can anyone else confirm if that is true for them as well?
