Some days back, it was pointedly asked in one of the NSFE discussions on this topic whether or not certain assertions by MuteJames along these lines were true; SEAmod didn’t hesitate to reply that she was not aware of any such invite.
Danny would have appeared to have reinforced that notion here:
To be fair, the lack of full transparence to the FMT-CMT/AHT SMEs on what some other of Amazon’s well-siloed teams has in mind as a good course to tack along The River is a long-demonstrable phenomenon - but judging from what I’ve seen on this score, in tracking (and archiving) the topic in concern, I remained constrained to agree with the first-take blush that our friend @Tvoi expressed in her initial post in creating this SAS thread…

Interestingly, the FMT-CMT has earlier today (110924) gone back to the original NSFE discussion & scrubbed all but one of the OP’s replies.

Well, the Amazonians need to sharpen their knives and bring in some tracking dogs.
I tagged this clown three weeks ago AND asked the MODS to removed the quiet one reference and it’s still there!
Do you (or anyone else) know of a way to search for posts that someone has tagged? I’d love to see if anything has been done about a bunch of things. I’m kind of a graffiti artist! 
Added note – they are still waiting for a MOD to show up…

No way to bookmark (though was asked for in BETA) …
Search is basically useless …
Only suggestion is to create some kind of browser folder(s) system to create your own bookmarks to get back to discussions …

Do you mean “tagged” or "flagged?
- Searching something like “@Jim_Amazon” does work
- Searching for the clown does not, and was something I wanted and complained about back in the beginning. (This is likely intentional)

Yeah, I’ve been spending so much time on the NSFE that sloppy language has been ingrained in my old, feeble brain.
Yeah, I meant FLAGGED. If I was tagging them it would be a situation of 'Ooops, I’m sorry I hit you so hard. Is you arm supposed to be in that position?"

Well, I would guess that it’s not worth the money since Bryce_Amazon finally responded to the OP on my post above. Basically told them (after three weeks of waiting) ‘Sorry, too bad, so sad but your stuff is not being found’. So much for ‘special treatment’
I did just tag Bryce to see if he can remove the ad that was posted a month ago.

He apparently does. He trains them all on how to “successfully” do RA and OA so that they can make a fortune on Amazon. He and I went back and forth on one post about all the suspensions for restricted brands and he assured me that they are well aware of all the problematic brands.
It was a pretty glaring omission that he did NOT say that he made all his disciples aware of those brands!
Since he does NOT try to ‘fix’ all the problems himself I would have to say he is several rungs on the ladder better than Ed the Fixer and his crowd. Fewer legal issues going the ‘silent’ way!

Not necessarily.
He has an attorney that he “refers” when sellers (many, it seems) get themselves into hot water.
This morning it was someone selling “Olay” with CVS receipts.
They refer to their “in house attorney” who I am sure is happy to “share” his
bounty with Silent Jim.
Looks like Jim has all his bases covered, he’s getting paid from everyone.

They may be “aware” but it doesn’t seem he’s sharing that information.
Lots of newbies selling Nike, one cult member was worried that his 25 listing of Nike Socks that he purchased at TJ Maxx would be in jeopardy. Jim assured him he was fine as long as he had a receipt, and he should also use a company credit card so he has TWO receipts when Amazon comes knocking.
Friend of mine was on his facebook and I started reading for entertainment.
It’s actually petrifying and now knowing these people are paying a huge sum to get this uh, “information” - now it’s not entertaining at all.
