Back and forth and back and forth. Customer wants to change it, can’t figure out how. Michaels has messaged them and no response.
So now my store is basically a goner. So much for all the work I put into it.

Hopefully no sales right now are just what everyone is going thru. Even before the Holidays, I would get daily orders. Now it’s 1-2 per week for the last few weeks.
I would FB post and tag @MakerPlace. If nothing else it might start a roar from other sellers this is happening to. They should see the messages from your buyer and use some common sense. Common sense customer service has gone to ■■■■ on all venues except Ebay it seems.
I already posted on FB awhile back - others agreed of course, especially since it’s been delivered. ![]()
The incentive I believe was that they’re entered into a drawing for a gift card if they leave a review.
ETA: Just bumped the thread. It’s so ridiculous. Review says they didn’t receive it, I have SENT MICHAELS the customer’s email stating they want to change the review. But nothing.
I checked out your MP store and your store itself looks very good, except for the oversized feedback score which you have no control over. It is a lousy design and needs changing. I think you will overcome this negativity after you get more reviews. I am optimistic for you.

Still nothing?
No. It’s awful. But there’s nothing more I can do, apparently.
Hey there! (I swear I sent this message last week- but I don’t see it here!)
Let’s see what we can do to help. Can you please reach out to Seller Support at [email protected]? I just sent some screenshots in advance. If you don’t mind let them know you’re LR72 so they can correlate the case I filed on your behalf.
Thank you Dave - Thank you for anything anything anything you can do to help. That review is huge on my main storefront and on every product. Makes me look like a scam seller. I’ve been at this for many years - I would never (ever) leave a customer hanging. I actually sent several replacement orders in December because of the USPS delays.
I just emailed support again and included all of my information including the email from the customer. It’s just user error - they can’t follow the instructions to change it. ![]()
I’m honestly just heartbroken over this - I hate to get personal (ugh) - but with my husband’s situation my income is very important and it’s awful to lose an entire promising venue.
So- I thought I responded to you last week. Not sure what happened there. Sorry to leave you waiting.
If they already heard from you they might be at a sticking point with the customer. But I’m doing my weekly report now and will include this. Plus - I’ll follow up with the Seller Support team early Monday if not sooner to see what is happening.
@MakerPlace you’re a ![]()
@MakerPlace - My customer just left this new review. I updated my case - hopefully with this they’ll finally remove it. The customer has tried and the instructions don’t work for them. ![]()
I purchased a gift last June and tried to leave a 5 star review (twice) but it never got posted. I entered one again today for the same order so we’ll see. Maybe 3 times a charm. What a hot mess for sellers. I hope they get yours removed or revised.
Glad the buyer made the effort of leaving another 5 star review to bring the total up to 4 star now, not perfect, but even if MP won’t remove that 2 star, it doesn’t look as bad as before, and hopefully won’t be a deterrent to potential buyers now.
Apparently not any more since I have a “1” as a result of a buyer saying in the feedback “Product not received” and AMAZON has refused to remove it despite tracking showing the item was delivered AND the buyer in an Amazon message saying they understood it was NOT my fault!
They still strike out for FBA. For FBM, I have not had an INR feedback lately but was your instance with using “Amazon Buy Shipping”.
You are correct. I should have made clear that it was NOT an Amazon ‘buy shipping’ item. I refuse to put any more of my control over my business into their hands and under their totalitarian boot.
I will be in a nursing home or under hospice care before I would even consider giving Amazon more control.
I want all my shipping in one spot so I use Stamps/Endicia/Dazzle for everything. I get better rates for any UPS shipments AND if this was not on the public side of things I would disclose some top secret information about doing it that way!
Review was finally posted today. Given it took 3 days makes me wonder if the reviews are screened by human eyes.
