We lost one, too, on 090526, for one of our SoA/Selling on Amazon Accounts.
Like so many fellow members of our Seller Community, I’m still having difficulty pinning down a likely cause for these wholesale deletions - which also appear to be affecting the other side of the Buyer-Feedback coin, Product Reviews (even paid-for Vine Program reviews, which have for many long years now-passed been demonstrated to be pretty sacrosanct from Amazon’s POV, but apparently not now) - but I’m also still thinking that my concluding-supposition in Post #6 (upthread) may well prove to hold no little water…
There’s a reason why Amazon, in the immediate wake of its FTC-imposed 100216 Incentivized Review Policy Revision Initiative, wound up shutting down MWS API query calls for anything other than Negative Feedback, just as there’s a reason why the MWS API’s replacement, SP-API/“Selling Partner API”, includes the same limitation, and why this or that Amazon Team decided to deprecate the Customer Reviews Dashboard (link, SAS).
IMHO, Seattle’s TPTB (“The Powers That Be”) seem to have caught wind of what might prove to be a more-undermining financial penalty than it has, generally, seen before - through all the foreign & domestic regulatory-imposed fees it’s up to now weathered with mere shrugs - and could be scrambling mightily to erase any-possible path-history that the FTC might consider with ANY degree of askance.
We used to talk—on the phone!! Last time, about 18 months ago, she spoke of her parents dying and inheriting a goodly amount: Said she’d never have to sell again unless she wanted to. Some time after, she stopped posting on NSFE. Haven’t heard from her since. Hope she’s okay!! I Got distracted by health problems/future surguries~~ didn’t do as much as I should to keep in touch! If you think she’s a hoot via NSFE-ought to speak to her. Make you ROTGL!
I’m now up to 8 feedback lost in the latest amazon feedback robbery!
No one has indicated they are losing feedback so it feels like I am being targeted! Sheet, I’ve only received 2 feedback in 6 months and I’ve now had 70 stolen!
I’m up to 21 feedback deleted since Monday.
Sellers are also having an issue were they open their lifetime feedback and do not see over a year’s worth of their most recent feedback. I checked that Lifetime feedback then went to my Yearly Total and I could see my 12 feedback for the last year; then I went back to the Lifetime tab and voila, the feedback for the last year was there.

Lost all feedback end of Aug/beginning of Sept,(3) except today’s which I swear I’ve seen before! I have seen it before, I’m certain. Manipulating FB, cheese on a plate AMZ, how low can you go??? ;
Wonder if I could write the woman a letter, verify when she left it–recently or not. I’m angry but what can I do???

Texas, I think that is a temporary issue affecting your view when you go through Manage Feedback! I was missing feedback back to May 2025 but when I went back in and click the 12 month tab the feedback for the last year was there. Then I went back to the Lifetime and it was the recent feedback was there too!
I am having old feedback deleted again which is coming off my Lifetime Total. We bit hed about it July and the process stopped but it has kicked back in for me and at least one seller who posts on the amazon message board!
I just went into Manage Feedback again and it displayed Lifetime as the default position! Once again, the first feedback shown was from May 2025. So I then
clicked on the 12 Month tab and all of the last year’s feedback was there. Switched back to Lifetime and all of the last year’s feedback was there!
When I checked feedback from one of my listings, the buyer perspective, my recent feedback on Sept 4 was there all the preceding feedback for the last year!
I do feel alone because I lost 5 more feedback overnight. Only one other seller has indicated they’ve lost feedback and that was just 3l I’m up to 26 and 88 overall this summer!
Whew! It’s really gotten ugly! I lost 8 more feedback today, which makes the tally 99 lost in the last 2 weeks and 161 this summer!
I’ve lost 6.17% of my feedback in these purges. What is amazon’s goal? To delete 25%, 50%; all of our feedback!
