Anyone seeing this error today when trying to confirm LTL charges?

We have had that a few times, and the reasons have varied. One time, it was because our “from” address didn’t populate. So I had to recreate the shipment and make sure that was in there in the first step. Another time I had to open a case with Amazon and they “contacted their internal team” and fixed it for me. Another possible reason could be if the weight of your pallets is under 150lbs. Then it wants you to use SPD.

Periodic glitch with this workflow. Happens a lot, normally at the worst times.

I’ve only seen it happen once but this gets reported a lot. One of those try again in an hour kind of things.

I generally create our shipping plans very late at night when the volume (demand) is lower for shipment creation.

I am now experiencing this error on Send to Amazon (LTL pallets).

Does the glitch go away if we wait a few hours and try again on Monday?
Or, do I need to open a Support Case with Amazon to have them fix something?

I double checked and our ship from address did populate in the Step 1.

Edit: Funny thing. It worked now. Ha.

I had this happen yesterday… Was this a split shipment (to save on placement fees)?

If it was, go out of the screen and then back to send to amazon (manage shipments)

You will see all the splits as separate shipments on the list. Just keep choosing a different one of the splits and try and proceed. I guarantee one of them will let you go to the next step.

Had this issue once before and yesterday. This trick worked both times.

Even though these seem like separate shipments, they aren’t. All parts of the split will appear on each individual

Yes, it is a 5 split shipment to avoid placement fees which was more economical.

It did finally work. I may have accidentally pulled up a different split as you mentioned but I do not remember. I was clicking so much and everywhere that I forgot.
