Buyer Comment: Website shows newer version of product. Product that arrived is not the same.

I was like WTF, these just came in 1 month before the order.
Look at the item, sure enough it looks like the images were changed and a hijack attempted.

Sent an e-mail to the customer after opening a case with Amazon.

Thank you for notifying us about the image issues with the product. It seems some one sabataged the listing as the images are not even of a North American Rescue product. We have opened a case with Amazon to correct the images.

The customer has yet to return the product 40 days later.

If only we still got the ASIN change emails, seller life would be so much easier and these counterfeit attempts would be caught earlier and more often to be nipped in the bud.

I almost think they don’t want the counterfeiters caught. They make too much money off them.
