Special Characters looking stranger on order page

I have an ASIN that has a U with umlauts in the title: Ü

What’s interesting is that on the order page, it shows as: ï¿½

And for the past few months, sales alerts on my cell phone are showing partial unicode numbers for the special characters in the banner alerts.

Anyone notice this or care? Thanks for your time.

I have one line that has accents and they always show up weird when I get notices.

At least the packing slips show up correctly.
