That was no true for us. When I turned on SSA, I did not see a new template for SSA. It just applied to the existing template.

Creating a new template for SSA is best practices though.

Between July 29 and August 5, 2026 we experienced a technical issue impacting the collection of shipping fees, causing some orders to be processed with an incorrect shipping fee or no shipping fee charged at all. This issue is now fixed and our shipping charges are working as intended.
