Suppressed - No Reference Price

On multiple seller listings I tend to use ZERO as well. If an actual # is used I feel Amazon will use the lowest 1 to help trigger High Price Errors for other sellers. I’m not interested in doing that.

And then if the COGS ever increases or shipping rates, that OLD number will be set in stone and cause more problems in the future.

This is my issue, but I was told that for brand owners, or at least sellers that control their listings, changing list price isn’t a problem. I don’t know if this is true.

Never had an issue in either direction as a brand owner.

Results may vary when selling other brands. I can’t speak to that.

Same here, for our Brand Registry Offer-Listings, with one exception:

the ART once tried to assert DPC, and despite my best efforts to do otherwise w/in the system, we wound up having to sic the legal eagles on the OGC to restore our DPC on that ASIN.

Went through my current discount and looked at my suppressed listings.

Looks like the items need to have been sold within 60 days. I have an item that was sold 61 days ago and 64 days ago showing suppressed now.

Not exactly sure how returns/refunds work into the equation, but they do. I have one item that was sold a few week ago and it was returned and refunded so I guess that doesn’t count as a sale as it was suppressed. I have another item that was undeliverable last month so that was also returned/refunded that was also suppressed.

I don’t know if you have 2 sales and 1 return if it would be suppressed or not. Don’t have the data to test that theory.
