Yep, so I talked to discourse about that, it is functioning as designed, I’ll explain more later, but the short of it is the heart in the bottom right of the post is just an indicator you have reacted to the post using any emoji option (or on your own posts that someone has reacted). On the bottom left (of posts that are not yours) is the list of who did what.
