Temporarily pausing US international shipping services to the Middle East

Due to the current conflict in the Middle East, most major US shipping carriers are experiencing disruptions in service into the region; countries affected include: Israel, Bahrain, UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, and Jordan. eBay is temporarily pausing sales from the United States to buyers with shipping addresses in these countries as we cannot ensure that these packages will reach their final destination.

We are closely monitoring the developments and will update you as soon as soon as we are able to resume operations in the Middle East.

You may be concerned about shipping delays for items already shipped. If you recently shipped an item, eBay will automatically protect your seller performance, including:

  • Your late shipment rate
  • “Item not received” cases due to late delivery as long as you uploaded tracking before the case was opened, and have a physical scan from the carrier
  • Service metrics for open item not received cases
  • Negative and neutral feedback protections

If you have recently shipped an item using eBay International Shipping, you are automatically protected once we receive your item at our domestic shipping hub.

As the situation evolves, we will provide updates as needed.

Thank you for selling on eBay.
