Kudos to the admins for a stable, non-glitchy (and useful!) forum! Etsy and eBay (and, of course, Amazon) could learn a lot.

So that looks like an outsourcing issue.
To be fair, Amazon in-housed it’s forum software and it is way worse, LOL
Discourse (OSFE) was always reliable until they updated it (causing temp outages) or had load balancer issues (not the software’s fault)
