I’d be more concerned that they’ll be extra fickle.
The “trend” will change faster as their attention spans grow even shorter and it takes more effort to grab it.
Share of GenZ customers shopping online is not meaningful unless they are a significant share of total online sales, and that depends on their purchasing power.
It has to be lower than other age groups due to their lack of confidence in the capitalist system. When you do not feel you are benefiting, you are less likely to support it.
A by product of recent polls on the MidEast war has been measurement of GenZ support of capitalism. Results have been similar from pollsters of all political affiliations. It is only a minority who support capitalism.
