I have a claim in for reimbursement of original outbound shipping.
Kept getting the same form letter that I was already reimbursed for “return” shipping.
It’s been over 90 days and I kept appealing it because there is no other recourse.
I am now at the point where I submit the appeal, refresh and see the automatic denial.
Sad thing is I submitted 3 at the same time for the same reason 2 were approved, this one was not.

I re-word the appeal shorter each time.
I keep going until the Safe-T claim denial says,
“We understand that you may not agree. However, we stand by our decision. The claim will remain closed and no further investigation will happen for this issue and we may not reply to further communications about this issue.”.
This happens around appeal 4.

I have gotten that one a few times, then they actually investigated it again, gave me the same BS we credited the return shipping already.
I actually have about 75 appeals

I have had this happen before. You’d think there would be some consistency, no wait, there are no expectations of normal here.

They are changing some things with these. If you get the “we may not reply to further emails”, it seems any new reply you make after is replied to almost immediately with that same form denial. If you are getting that email, you aren’t getting that overturned.

Yep just submitted a new claim for same reason. Refund of original shipping
Denied
Appeal
Denied
And now on auto rejection. They gave me 1 appeal.
Probably a new money saving scheme by Amazon and another reason to force us to not have separate shipping.
