Yes, when I request a seller support call I ask for someone on the catalog team. Most of them used to be very helpful, I think their abilities have been limited in the last few years, they can’t fix as much as they used to.
Thank you. Long time ago I too could talk or get the catalog team.
Lately though, I haven’t pushed any issues honestly…even those examples of bots gone wild. Found another thing last night that made me shake my head.
