I have wondered - and still do - whether her tendency to openly agree with some of the negative comments about Amazon would/did contribute to her “disappearance.”
I doubt it was an amicable parting, such as a retirement, with cake and punch at an office party.

I’m increasingly led to believe that there may well be a sound reason why our friend @Diane ain’t the only one who wonders about just how many people - and/or AI implementation(s) - are actually using this or that FMT-CMT Profile at any given time (link, SAS) (emphasis on sign-off signature mine; n.b. the sign-off signature from the very next post to that NSFE discussion from “Danny” 4 hours later):

For the most part though she always stood behind Amazon. For one who never had a seller account I found her to have a great understanding of our “perspective” though!

I think Susan, on the whole, is mostly helpful or at least attempts to be. Doesn’t quote chapter and verse from AMAZON’s HELP pages(which sellers can read for themselves). We get enough of that thru SELLER SUPPORT without having newer MODS do the same, to prove they know the system. .
Something happened today on the NSFE which made my jaw drop! We usually begin with an editorial comment: We sell books, nothing but BOOKS, so the particular OP can decide whether to take us seriously or not!
Today, these words: We sell Books, nothing but Books were removed from our comment w/ this warning:

Wasn’t Susan. I think it was MOD Joey, who had posted up-thread. Must be powered by AI if assumes I was trying to drum up business!! Lordy!!

I’ve got away with recommending SELLERS ask SELLERS for months. Today, after doing the same to a newer seller, my entire post was removed. First: [Moderator Edit: removed personal solicitations]-it was Mod Danny again who, I mentioned up-thread, must have a bee in his BOT BONNET.
Then I was warned!! under notifications. First time ever!! YOU ARE ISSUED A WARNING for VIOLATING COMMUNITY GUIDELINES in YOUR POST.
I do believe those of us who have slid in a mention of SAS on the NSFE have helped our growth. I guess AI Danny-who I don’t believe is human— is sensitive to solicitation. “Hey, buddy, wanna have a good time???” Where are my black fish-net stockings and racy underwear??

I too drop the dime from time to time since my partner opted us back in, since she did not understand the bad blood I had with the NSFE.
I try to be thin but transparent. I love when the mods respond to me by name since my new moniker is Image_SAS on the NSFE.
No warnings yet, though they may read this thread…

Please please please do not risk your account for SAS! I have never asked anyone to post on the NSFE about SAS, and would never ask anyone to do so, but I thank you and anyone that does help spread the word!
