I thought they have the items and they ship them when someone buys it.

Hello team.

I’m a new seller on Amazon.

I’m selling for around $2,500. Shipping cost me around $700. I haven’t received any payment yet. Amazon wanted to charge the shipping fees directly to my bank account without having received any payment yet. How is this possible?

I refuse to give them access. They’ve blocked my account; I have no access to the platform.

What should I do?

I continue to be baffled by…honestly, too many things to list…

There are very few things that I’ve actually hated over my long life, outside of evil, greed, anti-Rutabaga activists, and the dadgum University of Tennessee’s Volunteers football team - but I must admit to being rather less than fond of Amazon’s refusal to administer much more than a fog-the-mirror test in the requirements for creating a SoA Account - not the least displeasure being the burdens placed on above-board sellers by Amazon attempting to wrangle a herd of cats with but a single lasso…

Nah, his account is just suspended because he doesn’t have a legitimate charge card and bank account on file. If he uploads the financial requirements and pays the amount owed, he’s good to go.

My Amazon Canada Seller Account Was Suspended – Important Experience for Dropshippers!

Hi everyone,

I’ve been selling on Amazon Canada for a while using a dropshipping model. I purchase products from Prime sellers on Amazon.com and ship them to a third-party warehouse in the U.S. The warehouse inspects, repackages the items with my seller information, and ships them to the customer. I’m fully responsible for order management and customer support.

Recently, my account was suspended due to concerns about the authenticity of some products. I wanted to share my experience in case it helps others going through something similar.

Why Was My Account Suspended?

My account was deactivated under Section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement due to concerns about inauthentic products. Amazon requested invoices and documentation for the supply chain of certain listings.

My Dropshipping Model

I purchase items from Prime sellers on Amazon.com.

The products are shipped to a contracted third-party warehouse in the U.S.

The warehouse inspects and repackages items with my seller information and ships them to customers.

I strictly follow Amazon’s dropshipping policy – no third-party invoices or branding are used.

Documents Submitted to Amazon

Warehouse Contracts:

I submitted contracts for all the warehouses I use. They only store, repackage, and ship products. Order fulfillment and customer support are entirely handled by me.

Future Inventory Invoices:

Amazon requested invoices for a product I had never sold before. Since I use dropshipping, I had no past invoices for it. During a call with Account Health Support, I was told that I could submit invoices for future inventory to prove the legitimacy of my supply chain. I purchased 10 units of the product and sent the invoice along with proof of delivery to my warehouse.

Invoices for Previously Sold Products:

I also provided invoices, shipping documents, package photos, and proof of delivery for three products I had previously sold.

Shipping Address Clarification:

There may have been a concern about the difference between my business and shipping addresses, so I included all warehouse agreements to clarify.

Current Status and Hope

I have submitted all documents proving that my business practices are compliant with Amazon’s policies. My case is currently under review, and I’m hoping for reactivation soon.

What kind of documents did you submit?

How long did it take to hear back?

Were you able to get your account reinstated?

I made an Amazon storefront and my central reporting is zero. Even though I have people viewing my page (I am not sure if they bought anything) So I made an Amazon seller account thinking this will fix the issue. I don’t actually have my own brand products I just want to recommend the items I bought from Amazon to get commission for it. Is that what an Amazon seller account does - recommend products I already purchased from Amazon? Please help I’m very confused
