We are not going to tag any Mods as we have seen this with several of them and we do not intend to shame anyone.
Very kind of you, to not shame the bots
You’ll be upgraded last! Or first?

As is your wont, you’ve done a stalwart job with that NSFE discussion.
Unfortunately, it takes time for the memo to be read - Micah just did it again two hours ago:

Hello @Seller_CLOZ ,
Thank you for reaching out. In this situation, I recommend that you reach out to the PSP for further guidance and troubleshooting. Amazon cannot verify the bank account until we get the proper documentation from the PSP.
Please see below for 2 FAQs from this resource covering more information on this.
I’ve provided all the KYC information required by my PSP and my PSP has confirmed that no further steps are required. When will this be reflect on Amazon?
It can take up to 24 hours for your participating PSP’s KYC review result to be published on Amazon. If you believe the status shown on the Deposit methods page is not accurate after 24 hours, contact your PSP’s customer support or account manager to ensure the result has been published to Amazon. If your PSP confirmed that they have already published the KYC review result to Amazon, you can contact our Selling Partner Support team.
What if my participating PSP never completes the KYC review?
If your PSP does not complete the required KYC review within 45 days after you received the first email notification from Amazon, you’ll no longer be able to receive disbursement to that bank account until the KYC review is completed.
Note: Your PSP may require additional information or documents from you in order to complete this required step.
Thanks,
Micah
It’s not entirely a word-for-word copy & paste job of what he posted yesterday, as quoted in Post # 25 upthread, but it still ain’t good enough for gubmint work.
The fact that we had to point out we were not trying to shame them is in fact an oxymoron because just posting it shames them.
but … but … but … bot …
but … but … but … bot …
but … but … but … bot …
Did you notice … for every bot there are a least three buts? For fun … you get to guess who each but belongs to …

Methinks I’m beginning to see the inkling of a pattern here, with this post by CR from earlier today - and it ain’t about Amazon being slower than molasses when the bottom line isn’t directly @ stake:

Hello there @OnlyBarbero
My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I could get you some additional information.
Have you opened a case with Seller Support on this issue yet? That would be the next best step here if you have not. Simply follow the hyperlink above to get started. If you have already opened a case, please provide that below and I’d be happy to take a further look into the details there.
In the meantime, I have seen issues like this related to the KYC information required by PSPs and have included them below in case these help while I await your response.
Please see below for 2 FAQs from this resource covering more information on this.

Amazon really needs to pay you for your sterling efforts to herd its cats - and not merely with the $100 Gift Card Reward for the just-announced upcoming “Spring Event” Sweepstakes.

We should point out the same for you as many of our efforts have been guided by you.

While I appreciate the kind praise of my meager abilities, I would be remiss in failing to point that YOU are manning the front lines, while I’m in the rear with the gear.
I know where the true heroes ply their trade - and it isn’t back here.
That, of course, is no disparagement upon the SAS - aka the "BEST Seller Forums Experience - but you folks who find your way clear to participate over in the NSFE, by all the available lights which I can see, ARE the straw which stirs the drink over there.

Especially -so for the apparently ENTIRELY bot-driven (and/or otherwise outsourced/off-shored/untrained/unsupervised ) FMT-CMT accounts; I remain quite certain that our resident chatbot fighter @anon72228237 is not the only member of our Seller Community who will be dismayed by this NSFE response:

Hi @JDUNk ,
Thank you for your post, this is Jaijai from Amazon here to assist.
I understand that you have concerns regarding A-to-z Guarantee Claim and Order defect rate.
Buyers can file a claim 3 calendar days after the maximum estimated delivery date or 30 days after the order date, whichever is earlier. They have 90 days from the maximum estimated delivery date or date of service to file a claim. However, Amazon reserves the right to accept claims after that time frame.
The Amazon A-to-z Guarantee ensures that customers have a consistent experience when making purchases across the Amazon store. The A-to-z Guarantee is provided for orders directly fulfilled by you and covers both the timely delivery and the condition of items once received. If a customer is not fully satisfied with an order, it’s in everyone’s best interest if you’re able to resolve the issue directly with the customer using Buyer-Seller Messages and timely authorization and response to a return request. Resolving issues directly with the customer, before a claim is filed, protects your order defect rate.
The order defect rate is a key measure of your ability to provide a good customer experience. Order defect rate represents the percentage of orders with one or more indicators of poor customer service during a given 60-day time period.
Please refer to some of the help pages that might of useful to you;
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Jaijai
For more than a few-mere years now passed, I’ve seen two, or even three, SHC (“Seller Help Content”) page’s URLs posted by this and that member of the FMT-CMT in a single response which are improperly directing a non-Amazonian behind the Amazonian-only Midway Authentication Portal.
However, as far as I can attest, it required AI implementations in order to reach the even-more egregious level of four-such improprieties in a singular response.
I reiterate (I never say ‘repeat’ “over the air,” unless properly -targeted Call Fire is on the plate):
#SkyNetISComing
darn, did I miss outing one? They are everywhere now, responding during the nights and weekends when the mods go home. Disgusting. Just pisses me off to no end.

I think they are testing and don’t like that the bots are so easily spotted. They pulled them out a few months and started them back a week ago. They must have thought they “upgraded” them. As if they could. And you want to throw your bot in there? Fine, but then you identify it as a bot, you don’t make people think they found actual human support.

Jaijai_AMZ_136 seemed to get the URL incorrect on links provided (as we had already seen)
Maybe this is part of the A / B testing …
El_AMZ_907 was off 3 days ago whereas Jaijai_AMZ_136 did a post 3 days ago …
