Update to seller feedback experience: Introducing star-only ratings

That is really hopeful considering we use FBA and 90% of our negative feedback is from FBA. I was not looking forward to being punished for using FBA.

We’ve lost at least a half-dozen FB, maybe more in 2025! For a while, we’d get three, lose 1! Guess the Feedback Manager folks are removing them.

I hunted for the statement that if AMZ located a fraudulent/incorrect FB by a buyer, they would remove all the FB by that buyer. If true, our account must be a hive for fraudulent FB!! Did I dream that someone said this??

Of course, couldn’t find the thread where this was reported or my comments, am the world’s worst at locating/searching, maybe someone w/ a better recall at nearly 4am can find them or nudge me toward recollecting.

Not dreaming. That was me, and it’s their policy. If their bots determine 1 review / feedback is fake, they remove everything they have ever contributed.

Probably NOT even close to true. The issue is, and has been, the near useless ‘search’ function that Amazon has for both the NSFE and the sales side itself.

With all the money they have you would HOPE they would develop at least one useful tool.
