Urgent. I can't sign on to my SC account

Hi,
I can’t sign on to my SC account. Please see attached image. This is not the usual page that usually appears. After I entered user name and password and the two step verification, I was sent to the the attached uploaded page.
When I click on SELECT ACCOUNT nothing happens.
I cannot reach Amazon because I cant log on.
I have been here since 2014 and this has never happened.
Please advise if you can.
Thank very much.

I get sent to this screen on occasion when I have to log in from a new computer or when my credentials expire or something. I don’t generally have a problem with it though. I think the issue is less that you ended up at this screen and more that you can’t get past it.

Have you tried using a different browser or using private browsing?

Hi,

I just signed on! I have no idea what happened. It was like the site was down? And of course it wasn’t. I tried from 3 different browsers and devices. And then suddenly 40 minutes later, it just worked.

Thanks for replying so quickly. I really appreciate it!

Best,
Tricia

I wonder if it was something to do with the odd timestamp of 5:13 PM on the bottom of the image. (the future?)

Just an FYI - Several saw this and posted in the NSFE about the issue.

In short Amazon had updated the User Permissions section and it broke a lot of sellers login.

Glad it sorted itself out!

When you want to know “Is it me or is it Amazon?”, check https://downdetector.com/status/amazon/

If a bunch of other people are having problems, then it is Amazon’s fault and it will be repaired sometime in the next few days. Then take a mental health day. It will resolve without any effort by you.

If you are the only one who is having problems, it is still probably Amazon’s fault, but repair times are uncertain. Then you should start moving everything to eBay.
