I am embarrassed by my OTDR. In March my packages were almost all delayed in transit. I have a big yellow box on seller central saying my account is at risk. I had this same problem during the holidays. I love the post office even though they have really let me down. I do not wish to pay UPS rates but they are so much more reliable.

Asked ours today and also said being picked up at 4:00pm ā¦
With that said, everything is hitting the ānearestā distribution center (or being scanned by) about 12 hours later and then sitting there for 3 or 4 days before processing out.
The last time the post office did a major change like this, it took 3 months for the issues to be worked out. We think that USPS knows this and the reason for phase 2 not starting until July.
Itās going to be a rocky ride for those using USPS ā¦ especially those who are not using AHT, SSA and Amazon Buy Shipping.

Amazon Buy Shipping is showing āAt Riskā for late delivery on all USPS Ground Advantage (less than 1lb) this morning April 3, 2025.
- We have AHT and SSA enabled so Amazon set estimated delivery times and used USPS Ground Advantage (less than 1lb) to set the estimated delivery time.
- Each order had 2 day handle time with April 3, 2025 being the last ship by date.
- Estimated last deliver by date are all April 7, 2025 on order detail pages.
- All methods of purchasing a label through Amazon are giving estimated delivery dates of April 9, 2025 and show āAt Riskā.
In addition, USPS has been delivering 1 to 3 days late on about 1/2 of our orders for the past two weeks.

I have too small a sample to make any definitive statements, and it is conceivable that there is a decrease in mail volume as tax day approaches but I am seeing no change in when my packages are leaving my PO yet, but I am seeing some pickup in speed because packages are leaving the sorting centers earlier.

We had many Late Delivery Risk today, but seems like tomorrows orders are coming in as normal without the Late Delivery Risk glitch.

Weāre not using AMAZON shipping except for the occasional freight forwarder/drop shipper/bookstore, where use BPM. Have managed to keep out of AMAZONās automated baloney. Our handling gap is .1-.2(thatās tenths). Often uses GA to speed up delivery, once weāve sat on the order for the required days(could call TPTB non-complimentary. names, but belongs to another thread).
Very few returns/refunds, the reason we chance it.
Bit the bullet, using Stamps Commercial for $49.95 monthly when the new owners decided to -charge a fee for over 15 labels monthly!! Call me a fool.
When traveling/scouting, whoever is subbing, even usually reliable husband, donāt make as many mistakes in labeling. Theyāre used to a system weāre used for a dozen years. Donāt have to cut/paste order names/tracking as w/ Pirate Ship.
Find Stamps reliable, GA or PM arenāt getting delayed /manhandled(are USPS employees opening parcels? Or just having a jolly holiday to spite AMAZON)

(Amazon Buy Shipping Broken - All Orders "AT RISK")
It is amazing to me how this constantly happens. I actually added to @Lost_My_Marbles post there because It started on 3/21 for me and I got a nonsense answer not once but 2x.
Yesterday I had a $20 order USPS wasnāt even an option for any method. My only choices were 2nd day delivery which were $23 at the least expensive.
I took my chances and shipped using stamps.com
