Their published excuse should be due to congressional action/inaction.
My GIANT OTDR warning from Veeqo (not signed up for that) just went away from the top of my Manage Orders page, where it has been for about a week or more.
That should have a ‘dismiss’ option, I got sick of seeing it every time the page loaded.
Depends on zip code but we noticed Priority Mail a time back but then there is this …
Priority Mail service standards for noncontiguous locations changed from 2–3 days to 2–4 days on October 1, 2026.
Key Details of the Change
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Affected Routes: Priority Mail service expectations to or from Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands shifted from 2–3 days to 2–4 days.
Other Locations: For Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, and Palau, the expectation moved to 2–6 days (with some extended windows up to 10 days depending on the exact destination).
Contiguous U.S.: Priority Mail delivery within the lower 48 states remains targeted at 2–3 business days, though it is not a guaranteed time frame.
However, they often present to us when we buy postage with Amazon; Priority Mail Cubic will be late, Priority mail will be fine, Priority Flat Rate will be late, Priority your packaging will be fine.
That is a small sample, they have no clue how it works.
The destination was within the lower 48. Targeted is apparently meaningless. Shipped the 24th with expected delivery on the 30th is more than 4 business days.
You would think that any Priority would be the same time frame. I notice Ground Advantage Cubic is often a day sooner that regular Ground Advantage, it doesn’t seem sensible either.
