Carrier updates due to storms and wildfires:
Seen just now, as a Buyer on Amazon:
“Delivery estimates to [location] include delays due to weather.”
Thanks for the Banner Pin, this is why SAS (Sellers Ask Seller) forum is so great!
Just a few comments.
- Great, now after holiday delays (telling buyers items will arrive late) we now have the “storm of the century.”
-
This after we just got through the “National Day of Mourning” where Amazon could not tell us to ship or get off the pot.
-
I just ordered a laptop from Dell, yesterday afternoon. It arrived at 11:30am (today) the next day. Why? Shipped Fedex, from PA, to Memphis, to Manchester Boston Regional Airport. “The Airport that Never Closes” something I spoke of often, since it was true. I served on the Airport Authority for 18 years. Airlines may cancel, yet our (my) airport never ever closed.
- I get the weather issues, I sure do get the fire disaster, so sorry for those homeowners. Especially the low income ones.
Praying for all.
