Overnight I received an email from Veeqo saying my free subscription will renew and to update my payment method if necessary. The email appears legit. When I click on the link, it takes me to Veeqo and says there’s an issue with my account and I will have to contact them.
I have never signed up for Veeqo, much less given them a payment method. The email is from a Veeqo address and includes the “billing by Stripe” logo at the bottom.
Email is legit. Just another one of Amazon’s /Veeqo,s confusing notices like having a Brazil account. I signed up and studied it but it was not for me. It is connected to Amazon’s card on file but I never used. I’m just ignoring it.
Yeah, I got it and receive the same garbage ‘problem with your account’ message. I probably clicked on their intrusive ‘banner’ at one point when I was in a rush to see actual orders (when they were a thing).
I’m going to ignore it and hope it goes away like a bad rash…
I signed up late last week, Got the email about renewal today.Sent my second shipment using Veeqo today.
Realized that I can use it for media mail when Ebay will not let me buy it due to listing in a category which they believe is inappropriate. I have many books listed in collectibles categories which do not allow MM use.
This will help shield these orders from the GA price increases.
Based on what others have said, there is apparently a paid premium service that includes some sort of inventory management.
AFAIK, there is no fee if you are just using it for shipping.
Veeqo made a change 050526, which has prompted a few posts in the NSFE & related discussion threads since about mid-April, and I suspect sellers are receiving these notifications as a result of that revision.
Exactly the same here… I received the same message today. I also had inadvertently clicked on the obnoxious banner once that “signed me up” but I thought I had done what was necessary to delete/inactivate it - I guess that didn’t work. I am going to ignore this message.
I do remember signing up for Veeqo, thinking it was free to sign up and I coud use it to access USPS Bound Printed Matter prices for shipping cheap books, but I was never able to use their services.
Have you been able to do so?
They also did send me a few strange emails about my Amazon metrics, but I ignored them.
To my knowledge I have never even clicked one of those banner ads, nor have I registered with Veeqo. So no, I have never used it. I certainly don’t like being signed up for some service without my express consent.
We use it all the time for items eligible for BPM that we sell on other platforms; the interface is not the greatest, but it works with no problems.
But I wasn’t the person setting it up; I don’t know if Nisha had to jump through any hoops to get it working.
(we don’t bother using it for anything other than BPM).
It has to be something automated. We do have Veeqo on sub because we sync inventory FBA to other platforms using it. The email was expected on our end.
It is legitimate but it sounds like they are sending it to anyone who clicked on it once ever - not those who pay to use their inventory sync and not shipping, which remains free.
No one is surprised because it is once again an Amazon company. Their support is far superior to Amazon though *knock on wood not to jinx that
