Came into work this morning to an account suspension no emails or anything !!

Check your performance notifications … you should find something there.

Ty.. nope nothing there just suspended no emails tweets carrier pigeons or anything. I sell bp machines pulse oxes and telephones

Wouldn’t it be nice if Walmart had such a thing? IDK if you sell there but the workflows and dashboards are very 1990’s… Total Amateur Hour.
Amazon is lightyears ahead of Walmart. It’s pretty sad that Walmart didn’t try and copy some of the good things Amazon actually does. It’s hard to create / innovate, but it’s easy to copy.

What happens when you try to log in? The account login error sometimes gives you some information about why the account is suspended. For example, if your account is locked due to an Inform Act issue, Walmart should tell you that when you try to log in.

Walmart didn’t build their site. They bought it from Jet (a decade ago) and never gave it any attention needed to modernize it. It feels outdated and old because… it is.

Im able to log in all mt products are in my catalog and published. It just shows account suspended in my profile

Can you post a screenshot of what you see?
Can you open a case with Walmart Seller Support? They may not be able to help you get reactivated, but they should at least be able to tell you why your account is suspended.

Yea … we read the category (before it got corrected) and not the title.

opened a case they told me it needs another department and then kept the case open. My items are still published. However under account status it says suspended. I have heard that I am not alone in this

Are they listed as “Unpublished”?
Weird that the account would be suspended and not the listings.
REALLY weird that they suspended the account and didn’t notify you are tell you why.
