Hi — anyone know how to gain ADMIN Access on walmart 3p? Our admin left the company and no one else in the company has accoess to the walmart account in order to add me as ADMIN. I am now the main POC/ ecommerce manager. Thanks!
Who is listed on the account as the beneficial owner?
Is the account registered to the company?
If the person who left had admin access but was not listed as the owner, you should be able to change the information in the account, though you may need to go through a support case to get some help. I had to go through support to get help when changing some of the primary contact info for inform act compliance.
If the person who left was listed as the owner, things will be harder and I’m not sure where to start. You may need to make a new account registered to your business.

Also, did this person use the same computer normally? Did they run Google Chrome? If so the password will be available to you through the Google password manager.
I have software set up to let people know my passwords if I die, but that is another story…

And just thinking about preventing future problems, are you writing down your log in, adding a second admin, or…something else?
