I recently updated my business address in my Walmart Seller account, and within 48 hours, all of my listings were unpublished. Maybe it’s just a weird coincidence, but the timing feels too close to ignore.
I’ve already submitted all the compliance documents, and they’ve been approved without issue. That part went smoothly. But getting my products live again? Not so much.
Every time I reach out to support, I get the same copy-paste response:
"Thank you for your effort in reaching out to Walmart Partner Support regarding your unpublished items.
We have reviewed the items and can confirm that a business decision has been made to remove the items in question. We will not be able to publish these items at this time and will notify you if there are any changes in our policy. For more information about our Prohibited Products Policy, please read this Knowledge Base."
Here’s the thing: these are USDA Organic herbal products. Nothing prohibited. No medical claims. The listings follow guidelines as far as I can tell.
But support isn’t giving me anything helpful, and I’m stuck with a catalog full of unpublished items and no clear path forward.
Has anyone dealt with something like this? Any ideas on how to get traction or escalate this to someone who can actually help?
Thanks in advance!

@WALMART.COM_EXPERT If you have any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
I am sorry you have not received any help/advice on this. I am not a Wal-Mart seller but I want to bump this back to the top of the feed in the hopes someone can help.
Thanks VTR. Appreciate it. The Walmart Sellers reddit says this is a massive culling by Walmart that is targeting supplements. My guess is it is a Bot gone wild issue. Not sure if the listings will ever be allowed back on
There’s been a good deal of bloodletting on that same score reported by Amazon sellers, in a variety of discussion venues, for several months now.
I’m unsure of what exactly might be behind this phenomenon (the SAS’ resident experts on supplements, such as our friends @ASV_Vites, @VitRhea, et al., might be able to flesh out the details I’m unaware of), but there’s been so much chatter about this that I have to suspect something occurred which has given Walmart, Amazon, etc. reason to believe they are at risk by continuing to allow Offers that their enforcement mechanisms have determined (rightly, or wrongly, as the case might be in this age of Bots Gone Wild) subject their bottom lines to unwanted exposure on the red side of the ledger.
I am more of an Algebra of Wealth kind of person.
Too many social stigmas associated with talking about money when you don’t have any, is a problem and people need to educate their children on saving, investing, budgets, interest, etc. before they end up on this show…
I know Walmart is hard to get into with supplements, but don’t have direct experience with this. This is definitely more of an @ASV_Vites situation, since our friend has actually gotten supplements on the platform.
We’ve been on there since 2017 selling the supplement products that they unlisted without any issue. As with Amazon, there is little rhyme or reason for why they do what they do.
Though, I work with a manufacturer who has been in contact with Walmart to deal with counterfeit product from Alibaba on one of the listings - I was the only authorized seller on Walmart for their brand. Heavy handed way of dealing with the situation if that is what caused me to lose all but 7 of my product listing. One sku, sold by other people, and I end up getting punished because of it.
LOL a lot of untimely coincidences that opened a FU portal over our business.
It’s hard for me to comment on this and with the OP being there far longer than us, this seems very unusual.
Does sound like this may have something to do with it.
@JustMe123 - If the manufacturer has a direct line to Walmart - they might want to get back in touch to find out why their authentic listings have been yanked. I realize you are the seller but they are the brand it seems.
You won’t get anywhere without them helping you and or working with a lawyer who knows how to get inside Walmart.
Thanks for that, Steve. I have contacted the manufacturer about it. Hopefully they will be able to reach someone. We’ve been there longer but we are small beans compared to your catalog. We only had about 106 items listed there. Now only 7.
Nope, there were only 2 listings of that brand where other people were selling counterfeit product. All the others that Walmart shut down were fine and had been for a long time. I was the exclusive brand seller of two different brands on Walmart and the other brand is an usda certified organic brand which had no problems where Walmart was concerned. Yet, they took an ax to those listings too.
Only 7 because that is what Walmart left me with. Could be they were not in the category they were targeting. Some of the items left are herbal teas, so those were probably in grocery.
