At 11:00 eastern, Downdetector shows a peak of reported problems.
Someone failed to adequately prepare. The buyer side goes down mid-morning on Black Friday. Heads will roll for this one.

Mine is working correctly. I can click all around Wal-Mart Seller Center [link] without an error page.
I do not have any unshipped orders at the moment.

FWIW, eBay has no more than normal rate of problems.
But Amazon’s is rising.
As of 11:23 eastern, Walmart seems to have struggled back to operational status. The error rate is dropping fast.

I wouldn’t expect it. The internet is not that localized.
It takes a fraction of a second - and a fraction of a penny - to route the traffic to a server on the West Coast…or to Japan or South Korea, where there is probably lots of excess server capacity at this hour.
