Walmart - Immediate action required to avoid auto-cancellation of your order

On All platforms for our orders we use Ship Station…Walmart constantly sends us this notice. Can’t speak with a human of course so we can’t understand why we get these. Every order in Walmart has USPS tracking listed right on the order page. As a matter of fact we require a signature because Walmart doesn’t accept tracking as proof it was delivered! Anyone get these notices and know why you would if there is a tracking number?

We receive the same message daily.
All orders are shipped the day received, tracking uploaded and UPS scans done at pick up.
I often wonder since USPS (at least in our area) can go days without a scan - those orders are being identified as unshipped.
MOST days we use only UPS, the scans are visible and it’s clear the package is enroute, but still receive the Walmart “warning” email.
At this point we ignore it.

I get these too. Receiving them does not necessarily mean you have/ are doing anything wrong.

We also use ShipStation, I have not had this message. From an order (Walmart) that came in yesterday afternoon, " Any order that’s not fulfilled within the estimated shipping date plus four days will get auto-cancelled."

That is the only message that we ever see. Welcome to SAS, you are going to love it here!
